Hi I have recently been diagnosed with Guttate Psoriasis. Covered head to toe. Steroid tablets, creams , emollients - none working. Any recommendations for anything- I will try anything. Also when I shave I am cut to pieces. Any suggestions pls. I am grateful for any help

Shaving is not particularly compatible with psoriasis. I have found waxing and an epilator to be better on my skin. If I use a razor I generally end up bleeding.

Try shaving legs in the bath after you have been soaking for a while and skin has softened. Can also shave them under the water. Adding natural salts like Dead Sea, epsom or Himalayan can help exfoliate. Hope this helps ❤

Hi. Electric shaver. I have to avoid all my sore patches. And sometimes can’t shave for months ( I’m single. So that’s helps ) but I’m single because of my psoriasis… so that doesn’t help!!!! Avoid razors … always. Ends up looking like a murder scene !!!
