Rather depends on the fruit. Some fruits can help, some can hinder.
Just as a general comment, a healthy, well-rounded diet (together with maintaining a good level of fitness) is always beneficial.
You will see a lot of people on this forum who swear by blueberries (almost as though they are a miracle cure). I eat a lot of blueberries, because I like them, but I can't say I have noticed a particular benefit for psoriasis.
I can only answer for myself, but I have noticed that for me citrus fruits have a negative impact.
One of the things that I did early on was to keep a food diary - recording everything that I ate or drank. By comparing that with my symptoms over time I was able to identify what did and didn't affect my psoriasis.
