Prednisolone

On palms of hands and soles of feet

I suffer from Myasthenia Gravis and my treatment has included two courses of prednisolone. Although prescribed for my MG, on each occasion the prednisolone, as well as being highly beneficial for the MG, completely cleared up my palmar plantar psoriasis. I have just finished my second course and the psoriasis is showing signs of returning.

That's a (very) common theme with psoriasis. Today's treatments mostly "suppress" the psoriasis, and the P "rebounds" right back as soon as treatment stops.
