Struggling with arthritis in hands after psoriasis getting worse

Can anyone help with my arthritis I’m 26 my psoriasis is all over but atm I’m struggling with it on my hands which has seemed to get worse and worse over last 6 months , my joints have been really sore and aching after 4 5 months becoming a real struggle any tips or anything to help deal with the pain , thank you
