Good afternoon Had Psoriasis now for about 7 years, has been just elbows and knees, however now starting to spread to my hands and nails. I have been using dermol and calcipotriol ointment while it does a good job getting rid of any of the “scales” I am now red with nasty red blotches. Has anyone used any over the counter / online creams that help reduce the redness? I wanna take my kids swimming now the weathers getting better but I am very conscious of my elbows and knees. Thanks in advance.

@Pompeyfan1984 Hi I use Zeroderm ointment and Aloe Vera Gel - the Zeroderm moisturises and the Aloe Vera gel to cool it down. But I use anything to hand to stop it drying out - the above is what I am using now.
