TL01 Philips canopy - How to use?

Hi, i have a UVB canopy but don't have a manual for it. I have two questions: 1) which distance shall i stay from the canopy for treatment? 2) which position should my arms be in: up over my head, or down by my sides? I couldn't buy a TL01 Philips canopy because I could not find them in my country, nor get them delivered from the UK, so I made one myself: i ordered the exact same bulbs from Philips, and electric component, and it was a fun project to make. I have used the Dermfix lamp before, so I know that UVB works for me, and I am thinking of using the same treatement plan. But I have these two questions about how to use the canopy. Any help appreciated :)
