Hands cracking open

My hands are in a terrible state, cracking open along the lines. I can't understand why because it seems to happen overnight when they are smothered in cream and covered with gloves. Can anyone suggest any help, please?

Psoriasis 40 years, most treatments tried over this time, currently on biologics (stelara) as nothing else work.

Try enslier foam, you cannot buy it you have to get from the doctors.

Try Bodyshop Hemp handcream , lots of it with cotton gloves overnight.

I have Psoriasis on my hands and they crack and bleed frequently. However they are much worse and the dry areas get very red and and angry when using creams such as steroids or hydrocortisones. Since stopping the creams they have been much better, although still dry they are not as bad. I use Aveno at the minute.
