Body wash

Hi, I’m new to the forum as I’ve only been suffering for a year or so but it’s progressively getting worse. I wondered if anyone can recommend a daily body wash that helps keep psoriasis at bay? I’ve been using E45 emollient body wash for a month or so, followed by E45 cream and Dovobet after my shower but the patches are continuing to increase so it’s obviously not helping.
