Since having covid in January, my skin has erupted my hand and feet are covered wit psoriasis, I just not sure what to do, I’ve tried all topic creams but nothing seems to help I’m a carer so always have hands washed every 3-5 mins throughout the 12 hour shift. I can’t take the embarrassed sometimes gets me down, can I ask, what everyone else does

Try to keep moistened during the day I have some help with epimax moisturiser rather than centraban you can buy it off amazon or your chemist in small tubes to keep in your pocket
