psoriasis rebound/flare up after steroid injection in my spine for arthritis

Hello my name is Linda. Approx. two months ago I had a nerve block in my spine for arthritis this injection was a mixture of a small amount of steroid 2.ml over 2 levels and anaesthetic. approx two weeks later my psoriasis began to clear,I did not expect this to happen because of the small amount of steroid injected and as you may be aware there usually is a rebound flare up which I am now experiencing to a greater degree than I expected.I should explain I have guttate psoriasis on my upper legs and my arms .I would very interested to hear if any one else has also experienced this and did they continue with further injections, Kind regards Linda
