Need to find a great Hospital that actually helps

My partner has it.
My partner went to Broomfield hospital in Essex after waiting 7 months for an appointment. The psoriasis was still very bad and the shins look like they have been burnt and red raw, even hurts to put on cotton pj. But the consultant just said deal with it and have some more Dovobet.
Can anyone suggest a local hospital in the Essex, Herts or London area that actually cares and will help with the psoriasis. Thanks everyone.

Suffer from severe psoriasis
Not for those particular areas, but Dorset gives excellent support to patients with Psoriasis, specifically at the Christchurch Hospital, it has a specialised Dermatology Resources Unit Out-patients department (used to cater for in-patients as well until government cuts!)
