Hi there, I’m looking for advice on pain relief, I have severe psoriasis that is getting worse by the day and covers majority of my body, I am waiting to begin a biologic but due to latent TB I have to finish treatment first. My skin is so painful and I take regular co-codamol and pregabalin for fibromyalgia, I bought this aloe Vera cream in America that contained lidocaine which was amazing and took the pain away, does anyone have any remedies or advice on what to do now as just the slightest movement causes too much agony, trying to get a GP at the moment is ridiculous and this is affecting my sleep and general life, any help will be gratefully received

I'm new here and just joined because like you I'm suffering head to toe and currently bed bound because of the pain.
I rang the doctors last night and this morning. I'm already taking over the counter co-codamol at 8mg with paracetamol and ibuprofen. They initially suggested upping the co-codamol dosage to a prescribed 30mg and another anti inflammatory drug which the name escapes me at present.
However, after consultation with a specialist, they have put me on oral steroids for 5 weeks 30mg of prednisolone to relieve symptoms that way, and continue with over the counter pain killers. It's worked for me in the past so hopefully you may be able to have the same?
I'm due to go on methotrexate in January so hopefully these steroids will allow me to be normal again until then.
Talk to your GP. Fingers crossed for you.

I have tried hundreds of herbal remedies for arthritis, but nothing was helpful. I have had problems with arthritis for too long, and I got tired of that! So, I decided to give a try to Acuraflex. The best decision in my life! This is a helpful product, that really has great effect on the body. It relieves all the unpleasant symptoms.
