Scalp Psoriasis

Hi! Really hoping you can help, I feel like I’ve tried everything to treat my scalp psoriasis and nothings working. I can’t get In to see my dermatologist till the end of April.
Have any of you found any over the counter treatments or home remedies very effective?

When I have a flare up on my scalp I use Dovobet Gel overnight and it works very well. I use Capasal Shampoo neat to shampoo my hair next morning to get rid of the greasiness.

Hi Rholder996 - if you type scalp psoriasis into the search at the top of the page and look on forums, you will see many threads with suggestions as it is a problem for us all!
