I was diagnosed with psoriasis at the age of 11 , and ever since I've been very careful with not using again harsh on my skin and continue using my treatments. Recently I noticed slowly my psoriasis started to flare up a 2 weeks after I had my vaccination done and now I'd like more advice on how to deal with my psoriasis as I was a child when I had it and my treatment that I was using at the time was very mild as it wasn't very bad which isn't really doing anything to my scalp , elbows and legs now. Any advice on treatments , dietary plans I can be advised on before my doctors appointment would be appreciated

There are typically 3 steps to treatment.
1. Mild = creams or foams
2. Medium = UVB light or pills
3. Severe = pills or injections (biologics)
There are roughly 200 prescription treatments on the UK market right now. I would say 95-98% of them do not really work. So, be prepared to be patient.
