Psoriasis all over legs and swollen red lumps with white heads

Hi
Can anyone help me!
I've on clarithromycin due to really bad psoriasis
My psoriasis has spread within 1 month every where on my legs
But now 6 days in to the antibiotics I have developed red painful bumps but with whiteheads on the top
I've never struggled this bad with psoriasis and I'm in a lot of pain
Can any one help x

Hello 🙂 you sound like me, my legs are completely covered in psyroisis n over the rest of my body but not as bad as my legs, my legs are purple, a few weeks ago it was so painful that I was struggling to walk. I wish I could help you n give you some advise, but this is new to me n I'm trying to fight my own battle with it n trying to figure things out
