Steroid cream withdrawal

Greetings all, God winter sucks.... I am (like everyone else) covered in psoriasis once more. Have recently stopped using steroid creams (dovobet gel and diprosalic ointment) cus I am sick of them/fed up/they've stopped working unless I use them everyday. Since stopping them (it's been a month now) I have had the worst flare up of my life! Was just wondering if anyone has had this experience and can shed any light if it gets better? I'm on the waiting list for phototherapy and doc won't let me take biologics/immunosuppressants because I'm too young apparently (23 yrs) :( Tis hard out here!!! Hope everyone is OK and getting through this :)
