My nail psoriasis has significantly worsened over the past 2 years. It’s spreading on my finger nails and the toe nails on one foot. I suffer from onycholysis on my finger nails despite keeping my nails short and using Hydromol ointment and other moisturisers. My toe nails on my right foot are misshapen and have subungual hyperkeratosis. Calcipotriol doesn’t work.
I also have plaque psoriasis on my fingers, sole of right foot and my knees, but these are all easier to treat when I have a flare up.
What have you tried? Natural and medication. I’m reluctant to take the pills.
I used to have the most beautiful nails :(

Psoriasis of nail tends to affect the nail beds with subsequent damaged nail plates . The best way to tidy them up so as to speak I would suggest a Podiatrist. Visit. They would be able to help you.

Thanks for replying, Happy. I’m seeing the dermatologist again in a couple of weeks. Nothing they’ve given me so far has worked :(
