Methotrexate: Effecting eyesight?

Hi all, Apologies if this has been asked before - I am new to this forum. I have been on Methotrexate for over 2 years and over the last 3 months I have noticed a large deterioration of sight in my left eye. It is very blurred. I have had numerous eye sight tests and been to an eye specialist but no one can seem to figure out what is going on. I just wanted to check if anyone had had this side effect while taking Methotrexate too and if so, did your eyesight return after stopping Methotrexate?

Hi Liam, I have been on Methotrexate and Leflunomide for well over 18 years now, my sight has decreased but I honestly put that down to my age. I'm 54 now so you can do the maths of when i started on it. Sorry I can't be of more help.
