Purple skin

Does anybody else skin turn purplish especially on ears, neck and face?
I have just come off otezla and am on biosimilar injections now. I have only been on them a few weeks.
I have had erythodermic psoriasis in the past and have 2 hospitalizations in the last 2.5 years.
