Purple skin

My skin sometimes turns purplish when I am flaring especially on my face and ears. I have just come off otezla and started injections a few weeks ago. My face and ears have gone purplish.
I have pustular psoriasis which has flared into very severe erythodermic psoriasis on a number of occasions.
Apart from my face I am OK and hoping it gets no worse. I am hoping it stays under control when the injections start to work? Does anybody else find their skin colour goes purplish?
