Has anyone tried Cryotherapy?

The treatment is said to have remarkable results with no side effects and many other health benefits. After suffering with P for many years and using all sorts of creams, lotions and potions with varying degrees of little success I am prepared to try anything. But is Cryotherapy just hype and a waste of money - or could it actually help.
If anyone has any experience please tell us about it.

I have been searching for any medical evidence that Cryotherapy works but so far have found little scientific research.

Cryotherapy seem to be popular in USA but I'm struggling to find anywhere that offers it in England, particularly in the south east or London area.
Has anyone in England tried this and if so can you tell me where you had the treatment.
