Psoriasis & pregnancy treatment

Hello. I have suffered with psoriasis now for about 15 years. Had bad flare ups, and been clear at certain points in my life. I was recently on ciclosporin, 200mg a day. How ever I found I was pregnant 2 weeks ago so had to come off it.. Since then my psoriasis has flared up and is getting worse by the day, and I am not due to see my consultant for another month. Was wondering if you had any ideas on what I could use to help? As it is making me really uncomfortable.... Thank you x
