Mineral Oil and Efudex

I have had Psoriasis for years and taken all the steroids with very little long term relief. Lately I have started using mineral oil. The relief is amazing. Especially in the scalp. It does not take much. Just a dab. I also have been using Aquaphor on any dry areas. Also I have changed my diet as recommended by others here. Lastly one thing I have used is a two week treatment twice a day of Efudex on my psoriasis spots. It has been 5 months since I have any further psoriasis. Anytime I notice any overly dry areas on my skin I immediately hit it with aquaphor or mineral oil and the skin never develops into psoriasis. I truly believe that Efudex can knock out and kill it and mineral oil and efudex and keep the skin nourished while eating right can help get the skin nutrients without poison.
