Hi everyone, I don't post very often but thinking about how isolating this disease can be its a pity that there are no meet up groups for support ,

Hi Salskin1234 - In our area there are signs up in our hospital of a support group - I've never joined as it isn't really me, but presumably people do. I've never let it isolate me - it means I cant swim or sunbather or anything like that, but I tell everyone I have psoriasis and they all understand. Many years ago I was turned out of the swimming pool in The Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong - I was mortified and never swam again!
