Cocois for palmar psoriasis

I've been prescribed Cocois for palmar psoriasis. I've read it is for psoriasis on the scalp in which case it is washed off after an hour. Has anyone used Cocois on their body or hands? Do you wash it off?

It is usually used on the scalp. It does not soak in but sits on the surface. Very greasy and when sitting for a time can ‘melt’ and drip. If placed on your hands you probably won’t be able to use them……..
You do wash it off after an hour……
