Starting a biologic treatment

Hello everyone I have plantar pustulosis on one foot only (I feel lucky) I was diagnosed 12 years ago. I have a history of plaque and guttate psoriasis as a child from 9 years old. Mostly affecting my scalp and elbows. Over the years I have tried all topical and systemic treatments. I had to come off methotrexate as my liver was not in a happy place. Hence:- My dermatologist has asked me if I would like to try a biologic treatment? I have agreed but, I wonder if anyone has had any positive results and any ideas which biologic I might be put on for PPP? thanks for reading
