Phototherapy UVB treatment

I have had psoriasis for 24 years.
Has anyone tried this treatment and did it work for you,I'm thinking of trying it,do you have to undress in front of nurses,I get embarrassed by anything like that,or is it private?Thanks for any information.

Yes worked both times but reoccred six months later
