hair loss

I am noticing gradual decline of the density of my hair. I am 21 years old and this is quite scary. My scalp psoriasis is also increasing rapidly. My hair has lost all its texture and becomes dry incredibly fast. Is psoriasis anyway related to hair loss? Also do i shave my hair off in order to treat my psoriasis better.

i dont know what gender you are.i have had psoriasis for decades,in my opinion psoriasis is not related to hair loss.i remember a nasty white film on my scalp when i was young,i havent got that now im much older.i wouldnt worry to much.

I got hair loss too especially at the front of my head and I get embarrassed of my hair loss when going to the hairdressers. I think it's because I have low thyroid hormone. I got psoriasis but that's on my knees.
