Exorex itching

I’ve had a really bad flare up in the night, I think from using exorex. It feels like my skin is on fire and I’ve barely slept. The plaques have become raised and sore and no amount of moisturiser seems to be helping. Have used Cerave , aveeno and qv. Any advice please? I don’t have a bath to try an oat milk soak.
