On week 5 of skilarence and seeing no difference, my skin has got worse, Iv constant diarrhoea more or less every half hour and I’m really struggling :( the cramps are unreal, please tell me it gets better

I had to stop Skilarence after 6 weeks. Bloods were not great.
I didn't have diarrhea or cramps. But really severe hot flushes.
If you're not happy and your skin is worse, contact your dermatologist please.

My dermatologist is on annual leave until the 4th so have to wait :( Iv also now got piles due to going to toilet so often :( just want a medication that agrees with me
