Numbness and tingling in feet

Hi all. I have been on 10mg Acitretin for five months but have recently stopped taking it as I was unsure whether it has caused numbness in my feet which began after the fifth month of taking it. The numbness seems to be permanent at the moment which is a worry as I dont want to go back on this pill until I know what`s caused the foot problem. In the side effects listed as "Rare" it does list numbness and tingling in feet with possible damage to nervous system. I wonder if anyone else has experienced anything like this? The pills did make a difference to my Psoriasis but having stopped taking them about four weeks ago I can see the skin problem creeping back.
