Advice on hrt patches

Dear all, I have a flat up of guttate psoriasis and I also use estrogen patches as hormone replacement. So currently I have little space for the patches and the great skin mean they tend to fall off fast, sometimes after a day or so. Can anyone advise if it is worth changing to estrogen gels instead or how they have solved this issue? Many thanks

Hi I think using the gel is a better option. I use the gel as I didn’t want a patch. I put it on inside my arms at bedtime. It dries in a few minutes.
