Anyone tried Deucravacitinib (Sotyktu)? Any recommendations for Dermatologists?

Hi, all: New to this forum aged 26, was diagnosed with Psoriasis a few years ago, first on scalp, now spread to other parts of my body (lower back, elbows, and back of legs). I have seen multiple dermatologists with varying degrees of success. Anyway, I'm rather interested in knowing if anyone has, or knows of someone's, experience of using Deucravacitinib, the newest treatment on the market for Psoriasis, approved in the US. It seems a v. promising treatment, it's annoying we have to wait this long for approval in the UK. Also does anyone have any recommendations for Dermatologists? I'm keen to see one who specialises in Psoriasis and uses the latest most innovative techniques and treatment. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you, Aaron.
