Hi everyone,
I'm happy to find you all, and glad to read the UVB is working good for you.
I'm 50+ (don't remember exactly :)))) should be 54) and have my psoriasis from my 18th.
Have bean treated with many treatments in 3 different countries.
Unsuccessful.
Two years ago my dermatologist refer me to UVB physio. Still waiting for it.
Finally I took decision to bye home UVB lamp, and a few days ago I bought UVB mini stand from a person. Unfortunately no instructions how to use it - time, distance. Looking in internet but not find till the moment.
I have no patience to start home therapy, but still can't do it as I take medications for stomach, migraine and cholesterol. I asked my GP for replacement of the medications, but GP sais that I have to discuss with nhs physiotherapist. So, I don't know what gona do. Maybe will go to private doctor for consultation, or will stop all medications during the home UVB procedures.
I don't know what will be in the end - my end or my psoriasis end ))).
Anyway, I'm very happy to be here..

Hi Wrightson123,
I have had to remove your posts I'm afraid as selling UV lamps in our forums is against our guidelines.
Thank you,
