Steroid cream + UV lamp together

Hi all, I have been avoiding using steroid cream for around 6-8 months during winter but looking to use Dovabet again as the summer approaches. I also have a UV lamp. Does anyone have experience using Dovabet + UV lamp together? By together I mean, rotating every other night for example (would never use at same time as skin likely to burn). Does steroid cream think the skin, hence you should avoid UV/Natural sun within X hour period of using steroid cream? I have been told mix reviews by doctors/dermatologists in the past. Finally, has anyone ever had a blood work/test to check any issues and found this to be a cause/trigger of psoriasis? Thanks
