Hair fall due to scalp Psorisis

Hi Everyone My Psorisis hS recently got into scalp. And due to that having hair fall. All my blood test are normal. Currently applying oil and keeping my scalp moist but not helping with hair fall specially when having a hair wash. Use coal tar shampoo as well. Any tips towards this will be very helpful. Thankyou
