I was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder called Lichen planus. Symptoms are very similar. I was reading the forum cause I am experiencing very thin hair and some Hair loss . My Nails are brittle and it doesn't matter how much nail harden I put on they're not growing like they used to. I am on acetretin, 8 months now. My Lichen is getting somewhat under control, but hate to drop my dosage yet. What is best for this hear Thinning? Biotin? Just seems to be one thing or another popping up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
