facial psoriasis

I have had the problem for 62yrs, these day s it is mostly the arthritic symptoms that bother me and facial Ps.
can anyone recommend any treatment for this, can't use steroid creams and Dovonex has not helped.

Well, Dovonex scalp solution did work for my facial P. Haven't had it on face again. You have to put it on a lot though - 3- 4 times a day.
