Hi all I’m having a problem with split skin , where there is folds I can usually keep this under control by After showering, a blast of the hairdryer Some medicated talc & occasionally some trimovate cream Recently with the warm weather & HRT in the process of changing I’m looking to hear of any of your recommendations
