Hi all,
I have had psorisis for about 2/3 years now and it is under control at the moment with only a few areas on my body popping up but it’s never been this itchy, I was wondering if anyone had any tips to reduce this as I am struggling to sleep at night.
Thanks.

J: I had severe itching from guttate psoriasis about 4 years ago. I used Doublbase Gel, and Doublebase Dayleve Gel. I applied them frequently, they are not steroids.
In the evening just before going to bed I took a lukewarm bath with Oilatum Plus in the water. This helped keep the itching down long enough for me to fall asleep and get several hours sleep before being woken by itching again.

Try taking an antihistamine tablet everyday, I find this helps with the itching.
