Private dermo but psoriasis better....

Hi all, I have recently booked a private dermatologist who is renowned as running psoriasis centres in the South (on the advice of another private dermatologist). I originally couldn't get a private appointment until late September but yesterday they called about a cancellation and I can be seen next Friday (woo!). Slight issue - after literally doing home NB-UVB since last September, applying steroid every day since the start of May, and clingfilm wrapping my horribly affected lower legs with enstilar overnight, I have gone from the worst, most fully covered guttate and plaque psoriasis of my life, to almost complete remission. This is, on the one hand, fantastic. On the other hand, my psoriasis covers my arms and legs as standard. It doesn't usually respond to any treatment (I've had it since 18), and I've no doubt it'll come back as it was when whatever magic combination of summer sun, low stress (I'm on holiday from university), summer clothes etc changes again. I am not one of those people who can display their psoriasis. I always cover it, and that really affects my mental health. It was the worst it has ever been on my lower legs until very recently, really raised and red and covering half of my leg. How should I approach this with my dermo. I was hoping to start the road to systemics but if I were a doctor and saw myself turn up, I'd be thinking of only topical in this snapshot?

So, there's a few things at play, really: I've finished my training at university for the summer so am less stressed. I've recently cut down on alcohol a lot I've got new (1000£ yuck) bulbs for my NB UVB unit. I've had a general improvement, but you can see where enstilar has cleared my lower legs specifically, with the spray and clingfilm method before bed. I used it every other day and was clear in about 7 days (in those areas). However, I had a good full body appraise this morning and have spots of guttate popping up in untreated locations, I guess proving that it'll always rebound hard for me. I have photos but sadly they srent clear and I generally didn't like to see my skin.

Hi If you have any photos of when your psoriasis was at it's worse take them and show the consultant, you can say that the psoriasis often flares up and is really bad, as this has happened to me on many occasions. Hope fully though you may stay clear.
