Psoriasis on breasts

Hey All - wondering what's the best cream to use for an outbreak on your breasts? Also my scalp has flared up. For my scalp ive tried the usual tar shampoos but nothing seems to shift it. These 2 seems to happen in unison :-(

Hi I use Qv wash for washing and showering and Qv cream as a moisturizer these seem to work quite well, I get them on prescription from my GP, they might be worth a try.
