Maintaining hot tub with psoriasis

Sorry to tell you this, but a hot tub is only going to make the psoriasis flaking much worse. Immersion in hot water for lengthy periods will cause the skin to dehydrate and the skin will become drier and flake more. Add chemicals to the hot tub and the condition will deteriorate even further. You probably didn't want to read this.

Thanks but this has not been the case for us. I guess everyone's psoriasis is a little but different. The sanitation system is tailored so there are very few chemicals and water changed frequently. Anyway, anyone else out there who could answer my question?
