Palmoplantar Psoriasis is healing

I’ve had Palmoplantar Psoriasis for about 13 years and I’m finally seeing some improvement. I changed my diet to no sugar, no dairy and no wheat. But the most surprising thing was when I did a parasite cleanse. This might be tmi but as soon as I passed this long parasite, it started clearing up and is getting better every day. Anyone else have the same experience?
