B-3 variant niagen. Almost complete relief for me.

It has almost completely removed my psoriasis, but a bit remains on one kneee. It took perhaps about 2 months to start noticing improvement. It is by taking a unique varant in the B-3 vitamin group Niagen (nicotinamide riboside, or NR). I take 900 mg per day. As I undersand, only the ones referred to as Niagen have been tested and approved by the FDA as pure. Some others apparently are from China and either contain less of the vitamin or none. I take TruNiagen. I shop morales, but it is not cheap. I usually wait for the Amazon Black Friday sale and stock up for a year. (I also have a discounted subscription at TruNiagen.com). (I am in the US, so I don't know if there is Amazon in other countries.) I wouldn't go a day without it. I even give it to my 13 year old dog, who remains amaziningly healthy and active.

GoddersB - My guess is that it works on both sides of the Atlantic. BTW: I have ancestry to Cambridge, Sandwich, and Peebles. :-)

You can buy Tru Niagen in UK from Amazon.co.uk, Superdrug, FutureYou Cambridge, TruNiagen.co.uk, and possibly several other places.

I see above that Amazon is in the UK. I get it at a lower price twice per year from Amazon during their Black Friday and their Prime Day sales. I find it to be the least expensive way of getting it, and stock up with it. . I heard an interview with the scientist who discovered it at Dartmouth College (university in British terms). He said that it remains stable for two years or more at room temperature. when left sealed. Black Friday follows the American holiday Thanksgiving that celebrates the first pilgrims from England surviving their first year in New England (which included some of my ancestors from England). I don't know if Amazon runs a similar sale in the UK. Another way is probably to subscribe for it at TruNiagen.co.uk (which another poster here mentioned above). I had not known that there was such a site in the UK.
