For several years...drives me mad but won't bring me down.
Where do people go on the web to find products to help manage pso? I try different things, from diet stuff to topical stuff - it all feels like guess work to me Any helpful web stores out there?

Guttate psoriasis, flared up on 28/04/16
I probably won't be of any help, but I managed to control the itching and flare up by applying Vicks vapour rub, but it was too harsh, I mean, very cold after effects, but it gave me much needed relief for several hours.
So I am currently developing my own vapour rub. Gonna test it out on myself and my twin sister as she suffers inverse psoriasis not guttate that I have.

It shouldn't do, but if you have any fresh cuts or if you've made your psoriasis bleed due to itching then possibly. For me it didn't, just extremely cold after applying, as my psoriasis was nearly everywhere. Worst from neck down, hence, applying it all over!!
