Trying different treatments

My psoriasis has flared up again I was on injection to no avail but its kind bleeding now spoke to nurses said Tey new injection but that gave me flu symptoms and now I'm sore and bleeding and seriously no idea where to go

I've seen the dermatology once the rest was nurse's I was on injection then had a bad reaction to this report this nurse rang me said she would sent out leaflets for new injection see which one I want there never arrived and she said send me new appointment to see her that never arrived either
