Nail psoriasis

Recently I was diagnosed with nail psoriasis so if any one who have nail psoriasis experience please let me know

I have had psoriasis since I was 13 years old. In recent years it has affected my scalp badly. I have it on my elbows, the bottom of my back
Unfortunately there is no cure or treatment. I've had it for longer than I can remember. I have taken to applying false nails and painting them now which is the best solution I can find. Mine are the worst I've ever seen and it's embarrassing and painful. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful but this is the only answer I have, sigh.

I get a discolouration under my nail bed that hurts. I'm not sure if this is psoriasis or not. What does yours look like?
