How Can You Tell if Methotrexate is Working?

Hi, I am on 10 mg methotrexate once a week for 5 weeks now. I can't see any difference to my psoriasis other than it seems a bit more scaly than usual. Can anyone tell me how you know it's working? What might I expect to be seeing? Thanks for any ideas.

Hi yes I inject MTX 25 mg and it's been amazing but I'm getting rather weak now. I don't think it's related to MTX but either because I have Lupus (no marker) just Homogenous ANAs First Confirmed by a Dermatologist then at UCH last year. I actually looking for a consultant who specialises in Psoriasis as my husband has X- linked Ithcthisos a very rare form of Psoriasis.
