Headsets

I work in a call centre, and suffer with psoriasis mainly on my scalp but it has decided to start inside my ear. My GP's been fantastic, but the psoriasis has been causing infections in my ear. Any suggestions on headsets i can use to prevent worsening the symptoms?

I used to work in a call centre. I found the single ear piece with foam around was irritating my psoriasis but the leather two headed ones were great. Sorry but can't remember the brand now, it was over 7 years ago.
